Undergraduate teaching

Medical school curriculums

Doctors for Choice UK advocates for comprehensive abortion care teaching as part of the core curriculum in all UK medical schools.

Many of our members are involved in delivering abortion teaching in medical schools across the country and have undertaken research in what is being taught and where.

The committee is developing teaching materials that will be freely available for staff to use in their own medical schools, but in the mean time the lesson plans are available to download now.
